As a kid, I loved reading and played around with writing stories and poems – nothing fancy, just kid stuff. Life got busy, though, and those dreams got buried in the everyday chaos.

But you know how it goes – if you really want something, it never lets you go. That's me.

Now, with life a bit more settled, I realize that the one thing I miss the most is writing.

Like any writer, I have my muse – my adorable and very mischievous nephew. He's always in my thoughts as I create.
